Stills and animation for a diploma project at the Studio Rashid – University of applied Arts Vienna 2012
The project will give a new home to the Arctic Council, an intergovernmental forum that addresses issues faced by the Arctic governments and the indigenous people of the Arctic. The building is located in Tromso, Norway. It has two assembly halls for the council and office spaces for every member-nation of the council. Placed on the border between Tromso and the waterfront, the ICA is strongly connected with the local university and also proposes public spaces on the ground level of the building.
